As a graduate of the Gunsmithing Program at the Colorado School of Trades, Neale has worked in the firearm industry for 12+ years, primarily repairing shotguns, but also adjusting stocks and altering for ideal fit. Additionally, Neale has spent many years engaged in sporting clays as a hobbyist and competitor, with 25,000 lifetime NSCA registered targets shot. Neale is also certified as a Level 1 NSCA Instructor.

Deepening his professional and recreational experience, Neale endeavored to undertake the challenge of making his own stocks. Thereafter, friends and colleagues approached Neale to craft stocks for them, each of which brought the opportunity for refinement and growth of his already robust skillset. 

Neale’s passion for excellent craftsmanship coupled with his understanding of the nuanced needs individuals have for their stock fits ultimately led to the creation of Neale’s Stock Craft.
